About the Home

A Home Built with Purpose – Where Craftsmanship Meets Community Impact

Welcome to 453 Settlers Ridge Road, a one-of-a-kind luxury residence in Ellijay, Georgia, and this year’s official Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes Scholarship House. Designed with care and built through the generosity of our community’s top builders, subcontractors, and student craftsmen, this 3,106-square-foot home blends refined elegance with heartfelt purpose. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an open-concept layout across two levels, the home offers luxurious touches such as custom wood and rock flooring, soaring cathedral ceilings, and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with Viking appliances and bespoke cabinetry.

Set on nearly two private acres in the exclusive gated community of Homestead Mountain, this home was designed for both serene living and memorable entertaining. Cozy up by one of two stone fireplaces, enjoy year-round mountain views from the expansive porches, or host guests in the spacious outdoor entertainment area under the stars. Every detail—from the handcrafted furnishings to the detached garage—reflects the collaborative spirit of the local trades and students who brought this home to life.

What makes this home truly special is its mission. All proceeds from the sale directly support the Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation, which has awarded $830,000 to high school students pursuing careers in the construction and skilled trades. Even the outdoor furniture and features were handcrafted by students in local shop classes—proof that this home is not just built, but inspired, by the future it helps create. Don’t miss your chance to own an extraordinary property that gives back in extraordinary ways.
