The image on this page showcases last year’s Parade of Homes house, a symbol of our ongoing commitment to supporting local students through the ‘Future of our Trades’ Scholarship Foundation. To date, we have awarded $620,000 in scholarships, thanks to the generous contributions from ticket sales, sponsorships, and donations. Additionally, beginning in 2023, the construction and sale of a home played a pivotal role in generating funds for future scholarships, and this tradition will continue annually, ensuring ongoing support for students pursuing careers in construction trades.
While this year’s home won’t be completed in time for the October 2024 Parade of Homes, visitors are welcome to drive by the location and see the home in progress during the parade. Although the interior of the home will not be open for touring, guests can learn more about the scholarship foundation and the impact these homes have on our community.
It’s important to note that this year’s home will be available for sale later in 2024. The sale of the home will significantly contribute to our scholarship fund, directly benefiting local students. This initiative underscores our dedication to fostering future generations in construction trades.

From SouthState Bank, 59 Orvin Lance Drive, Blue Ridge, GA., turn left onto Highway 515 and travel 1.5 miles to Scenic Drive. Turn right onto Scenic Drive and travel 1.8 miles to Sugar Creek Road. Turn left onto Sugar Creek Road, continuing on Boardtown Road for 4.3 miles. In 2.7 miles, turn left onto Whitepath Road. In 1.0 mile, turn left onto Settler’s Ridge Road, and then left again to stay on Settler’s Ridge Road. Follow the signs to view the scholarship house in progress.
