About the Home

Long-range mountain views and dramatic sunsets form the backdrop for 1081 Dana Road, a 5,028-square-foot custom residence by Keith Sumner Homes. Stacked stone, natural wood, steel accents, distinctive lighting, and a steel front entry door establish a refined mountain character, while expansive windows keep the surrounding landscape at the center of the experience.

Inside, an open-concept layout is anchored by a dramatic stone fireplace and a soaring wall of windows. The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, stone countertops, premium Viking appliances, and a spacious butler’s pantry, creating a highly functional gathering space designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

Four ensuite bedrooms provide comfortable private retreats, while a bunkroom above the garage adds flexibility for family and guests. An office located just off the primary suite creates a dedicated workspace, and a private sauna adds another layer of comfort. A three-car garage and all-paved access provide practical convenience throughout the year.

Outdoor living plays an equally important role, with covered seating centered around a fireplace, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a stone patio with firepit. Together, the views, natural materials, generous gathering spaces, and carefully considered amenities create a polished North Georgia retreat designed for year-round enjoyment.
