About the Home

From the moment you enter, 452 Summit Trace is defined by light, openness, and the mountain scenery beyond. A dramatic wall of windows gives the home an almost glass-house quality, while soaring ceilings, sleek black metal railings, and an open-concept layout create a clean, contemporary feel that still feels warm and inviting.

The main level is designed for both comfort and everyday ease, with a luxurious primary suite, beautifully appointed kitchen, custom fireplace, and expansive windows that keep the views present throughout the living spaces. Hardwood floors and thoughtful architectural details add polish, while the attached two-car garage provides convenient direct access to the main level.

Outdoor living is equally important to the design. A covered gathering space with its own fireplace offers a private place to relax or entertain while taking in the surrounding mountain vistas. The layout was carefully planned to balance openness to the scenery with a sense of privacy, making the outdoor areas enjoyable throughout the year.

The terrace level continues the home’s connection to the outdoors with abundant glass and additional spaces for guests and entertainment. A wet bar, two bedrooms, safe room, poker room, and private theater create a versatile lower level that complements the main living areas while giving family and visitors plenty of space to unwind.
