About the Home

Set against breathtaking long-range mountain views in a private gated community, 560 Horatio Drive is a 3,400-square-foot custom residence by Kevin Teague Homes that brings a refined approach to modern mountain living. Four bedrooms and 4.5 baths are paired with expansive windows that draw the surrounding landscape into the home, while carefully selected finishes and detailed craftsmanship create a polished yet welcoming atmosphere.

Two fully equipped kitchens give the home exceptional flexibility for everyday living and entertaining. Both are appointed with premium Viking appliances, custom cabinetry, and thoughtfully selected finishes, while custom-built cabinetry and storage continue throughout the residence. Three large custom closets add another layer of practical, well-integrated organization.

Four fireplaces — two indoors and two outdoors — create inviting gathering spaces throughout the home and extend the living experience beyond the interior. A custom-built bunk room provides additional space for family and guests, while the primary bath is highlighted by an oversized shower and soaking tub. Throughout the home, spaces are designed to feel comfortable and functional without sacrificing the craftsmanship and elevated finishes that define the residence. The thoughtful combination of private retreats and generous gathering areas allows the home to accommodate both everyday living and time spent with family and friends.

From the expansive mountain-view windows to its outdoor living spaces and whole-house generator, every element has been considered with comfort, craftsmanship, and year-round enjoyment in mind. The result is a luxurious yet approachable mountain retreat designed equally well for quiet evenings and larger gatherings.
