Meet Our Executive Director

As Executive Director, Dionne Ryff leads the Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes with a focus on community impact, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. She works closely with builders, sponsors, volunteers, and partners to advance the mission of the Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation and expand opportunities for students pursuing careers in the skilled trades. Through her leadership, the Parade continues to grow as both a premier regional event and a meaningful force for workforce development.
