Purchasing Options

This year’s parade of homes will take place over three days, beginning October 20th and ending October 22nd, 2023 from 10 AM – 5 PM each day. Attendees are invited to participate in any/all days of the parade.

Tickets for the Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes are just $25, changing to $35 on October 10th, 2023, with proceeds from the event being donated to scholarships for local students. This all-access pass includes general admission for an individual 18 years of age and older, for any/all days of the Parade of Homes. Children under 18 are free with purchase of an adult ticket.

Tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at the Parade of Homes check-in location, Town and Country Furniture in Blue Ridge, GA, on any day of the event.

Tickets may be purchased either online or in-person when visiting Blue Ridge.

Purchasing tickets online can be done by visiting our online storefront. The secure website requires account creation for the purchase of tickets and will allow attendees to manage all aspects of their account and ticket purchase.

Tickets may also be purchased in-person at Town and Country Furniture, located at 266 Orvin Lance Drive, Blue Ridge, GA 30513. Enter the store upon arrival and inquire about purchasing tickets at the reception desk inside the front doors.

CHECK-IN LOCATION

Town and Country Furniture will serve as the official check-in location for this year’s parade. Attendees will find ample parking in the store lot, in addition to helpful signs and parade staff to assist with check-in. Upon check-in, attendees will receive tickets and a lanyard for ticket display, a magazine highlighting information about the homes in the parade, and a map to assist with driving instructions.

The Parade of Homes app is the perfect complement to the website and magazine as you begin your journey along the parade. The app features a variety of helpful items for attendees including:

PARADE ETIQUETTE

In order to make our Parade of Homes an enjoyable and efficient experience for everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following parade guidelines.

Please abide by all posted instructions and requirements, including COVID-19 precautions.

Please observe all parking signage and do not block driveways.

Please remove your shoes or wear the provided booties for each home.

Please keep your entry band visible at all times during tours.

There is absolutely no smoking, eating or drinking in any of the homes.

Please respect all furnishings, as they are private property.

Please respect all off-limits signage while on tour.

Please monitor your children. The homes are not child-protected.

Please ask permission before taking photos. Images may already be available online.

No pets are allowed on the tour.

Is this a self-guided tour?

Yes. A map is provided on website, in the app, and in the magazine.

Can all of the homes be done in a single day?

Depending number of homes (it changes from year to year), seeing all homes in a single day can be done but is a bit of a stretch. It really depends on how much time you want to spend in each home, how early you want to get started, and how far apart the homes are in any given year. The parade starts at 10 AM each day and ends at 5 PM – be sure to check out the interactive map on the website to see specific distances and suggested routes.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets for the Blue Ridge Parade of Homes are just $25 through September 16th, increasing to $35 beginning September 17th. This all-access pass includes general admission for an individual 18 years of age and older, for any/all days of the Parade of Homes. Children under 18 are free with purchase of an adult ticket.

Are these homes for sale?

Many of these homes are for sale. Be sure to speak to the representative at each home location for more information.

Why are floor plans not available?

The homes that are part of the Blue Ridge area showcase are custom homes and the floor plans and designs are the property of the builder, architect and/or home designer. Just as an artist does not want his/her work copied without consent, neither do our builders.

How can I donate to the Scholarship Foundation?

Ticket sales for the event go towards providing scholarships for local students. However, you may also donate directly via the website.

Is this an annual event?

Yes. The Parade of Homes is once a year. Please check our website for future dates and places we will be throughout the year.

Will there be an opportunity for us to meet the builders?

Yes, builders are typically available to chat in their respective homes during the tour. Inquire with the the Parade of Homes representative(s) at each home about the builder’s availability.

Is there a physical location to purchase tickets?
