These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes website, mobile applications, ticketing, events, programs, and related services. By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, submitting applications, or attending events, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Website and Content
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the website or its content at any time without notice.
Event Information and Attendance
The Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes is held rain or shine. Event dates, times, homes, routes, and access details are subject to change for safety, weather, or operational reasons. Some homes may have limited access, parking, or shuttle requirements, and access may be temporarily restricted to manage capacity or ensure safety.
All homes featured in the Parade are private residences. Attendees are expected to follow posted signs, instructions from staff or volunteers, and respect the property and privacy of homeowners.
Tickets and Admissions
Tickets are nonrefundable except in the unlikely event that the entire Parade of Homes is canceled. Tickets are transferable one time only. To transfer a ticket, the person picking up or using the ticket must present a copy of the original purchaser’s identification at the designated check-in location.
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
Children under the age of 18 may attend the Parade free of charge when accompanied by a paid adult ticket holder.
Photography, Pets, and Conduct
Photography is permitted during the Parade; however, attendees should request permission before taking photographs inside each home. Pets are not permitted at Parade homes or related event locations. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Scholarship Applications and Programs
Submission of a scholarship application does not guarantee an award. All applications are subject to eligibility verification and review. Interview participation may be required as part of the selection process. Scholarship decisions are final, and timelines, requirements, or program details may be modified at the discretion of the Parade committee.
Donations and Fundraising
Donations made through the website or during events are voluntary and nonrefundable. Proceeds from the Parade and related fundraising activities support the Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation. Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes is a Georgia based nonprofit organization recognized as a 501(c)(3).
Third Party Services and Links
Our website and applications may include links to third-party websites or services, including mapping tools, payment processors, and app platforms. These services are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in events and use of the website is at your own risk. Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, or inconvenience resulting from event attendance, website use, or reliance on provided information, except as required by law.
